I do this all the time! Yesterday in the voting line, I pointed out a guy to Jamie and said that he was extremely nice and had a bunch of cute red-headed children. She asked if I was serious or if I was doing the thing where I make up a story about them.

If you joined the circus, what would your circus act be?
I always wanted to be one of those girls that twirled around on the long ribbon/robe thing. Then one night at the circus, I ran right into one of the girls on the way to get a light up sword, and honestly, I was terrified. Life lesson - sometimes things that appear beautiful from afar, not so much up close.

I would give up my phone in a heart beat. As long as I had a way to be contacted in an emergency, I would probably be way happier getting rid of it, no hesitations. However I would miss Wordle and watching Youtube.

Who or Where would you haunt as a ghost?

Wherever the Vikings are playing. If I can't see them win a super bowl in my lifetime, I will wait it out in the afterlife.

What's something weird that you recommend everyone tries at least once?

Vinarterta. Icelandic cookie cake made for holidays. It's cookies, prunes, and cardamom, but trust me it's worth it. Also if you haven't seen the movie Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind, do it.

What's your biggest Kitchen Fail?

I don't have a one big fail, but my partner Roberta frequently hears me say the following:

"Crap, what time did I put that in? Hope you are cool with well done."

"If you hate what I just made, it's cool, I just realized I skipped like 3 steps."

"Uh...so the ingredient replacement I just did does not hold up like the internet said it would. Or maybe replacing 3 things was not a good idea."

What mythical creature would improve the world the most if it existed?

Falkor, the Luck Dragon, from The NeverEnding Story. Even one of him would improve the world more than any other creature. No down side (except for bullies kinda). As a secondary plan, I would choose Fairies, but like the old school scary version that make humans re-evaluate their hubris.
